At any assembly level, group relevant part work orders and plan them together in optimized batches. Parent work orders are automatically aligned with the completion timelines of their sub-components so assemblies start only when parts are available.
From multiple sub work orders, the system automatically identifies the part work orders at a specific BOM level and enables users to run batch production scheduling with ease. It then generates detailed production plans for each part work order, complete with scheduled jobs, defined start and end dates, and accurate allocation of machines and labor. This structured approach ensures that every step of the production process is planned, tracked, and executed efficiently.
